Ring Mounts Now Available for Rotax Installation:
Due to popular demand, ring-type Rotax 9-Series engine mounts are now available for all Legacy, B-Model and Onex Aircraft! Mounts are available for both standard gear and taildragger installations, and Cooper Aircraft Corporation is already working on cooling installation kit accomodations for these new engine mounts.
Sonex ring mounts are designed to work with Rotax part number 886-563 ring units, and utilize our popular ACV-J01-10 Jabiru Shock Mount rubber bushings as a robust, low-cost alternative to expensive Rotax engine shock mounts.

Rotax Prop Hub Spacer Now Available from AeroConversions:
Designed to fit Rotax 9-series engines into Sonex Aircraft cowlings, the ACV-P58 Rotax Prop Hub Spacer is the shortest spool-type spacer available on the market, at 46mm in length. Designed to use Sensenich wood propellers and the SNX-P10-04 Spinner/Crush Plate, the ACV-P58 spacer uses the very-common 4 inch bolt circle pattern shared with many other Rotax-compatible propellers. Download the ACV-P58-01 Control Print to verify compatibility with your specific propeller.
The ACV-P58-01 Prop Hub Spacer is paired with ACV-P58-02 Stainless Steel Drive Lugs for installation to the Rotax 9-series reduction drive prop flange. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, the ACV-P58-01 spacer features integrated 13mm diameter prop drive lugs and a 47mm diameter prop centering lug, and uses AN5 hardware.
The ACV-P58 Rotax Prop Hub Spacer and Drive Lugs are optionally available with Rotax prop flange attach hardware (Propeller installation hardware is not included and must be measured with your specific propeller for proper bolt length selection).
