Sonex Flying Stories: Juergen Voll is Having a Blast in his Waiex-B!

Waiex B-Model builder Juergen Voll recently sent us this YouTube Video of aerobatics in his AeroVee Turbo powered aircraft. “It flies pretty nice with a nice crisp response to the aerobatic ailerons,” wrote Jurgen in his original first flight post, and you can see he’s just starting to explore that roll response in this video. Aerobatic ailerons increase Sonex and Waiex roll rate from 80 degrees per second to 120 degrees per second at 125 mph, and can be added to your aircraft using the existing kit parts and the optional aerobatic aileron instructions included in your kit plans.
