Sonex Aircraft, LLC Founder and President John Monnett was given the honor of presenting the keynote address at the 2008 EAA Sport Aviation Hall of Fame Induction ceremony. Himself a 2001 EAA Homebuilder’s Hall of Fame Inductee, John spoke of the wonderment of aviation and the EAA, the need for the recruitment of more new pilots, the ever increasing need for more efficient aircraft, and the need for EAA to embrace soaring as an addition to its many diverse groups of recreational aviation divisions.
