Father's day was the first flight and my son and wife helped out along with my friend and flight instructor Dave Werner. Everything worked great and this was a fantastic accomplishment after 1300 hrs and 2 1/2 years. I have an MGL Radio, SkyView EFIS, and I added extended range tanks. The Sonex transition training was great and the support during the build was fantastic. I can't say enough about how fun this aircraft is to fly! Thanks to my family for supporting me, especially my lovely wife Jill, now known as the 'Riveting Girl'.
