Sonex 1578

Sonex 1578 flew for the first time yesterday and received AC on 10-14-16. I went up and done small turns and pitch control then proceed higher to do slow flight and pre stall check.
I kept the flight to about 30 minutes with a pretty decent landing. The planes flights very well, it is light on the stick. I plan on going over it well before my next flight. It took me just over 4 years to build. I used the Hummel 2400 VW for the engine and Prince carbon fiber P Tip prop. I would like to thank my wife Janet, my Friends that helped Jared and Herbie for that needed helping hand.
I also need to thank Harold Reynolds who is building a Sonex and gave me very needed guidance. Thanks again to Sonex and all for helping me get this project in the air.
