Sonex 0773

On September the 14th, (Birthday Gift) my four and a half year project Sonex SN# 773 (N773SX) took to the air. This was the second plane I built with the first one being a Waiex SN# 38 which I flew for 414 hours in about 5 years.
The project was worth every minute and as for the joy and thrill of the first flight, absolutely amazing. I flew for 34 minutes in the pattern and then landed.
To those of you out there still building and looking for motivation to complete your projects, trust me when I say, get on with it, it is worth every minute of the build when you make that first flight. Make it happen folks, make it happen.

To my wife, I see the honey do list on the refrigerator door has grown substantially over the last 4.5 years, if you stop buying me Sonex kits to build I promise I will get to your list. Seriously, thanks for all your help and support.
