Sonex Unveils Amphibious Float Plane

Floating a new idea. Sonex unveils its new retractable gear...no fooling!

Sonex has been spending our "Spare Time" fitting a set of Czeck Aero Works Amphibious floats to the original Prototype Sonex (N12SX) with the 3300 Jabiru. Flight testing will commence later this Spring, sometime after our return from the Sun n Fun Fly-In. We're expecting exceptional performance from this combination. For those fishing for more news, this option will add approx. $10,000 to the overall cost of your Sonex. If the tests prove successful, there will be an installation package offered through Sonex,ltd. This "go anywhere" option opens up a whole new Sonex mission to the Sport Pilot.
